CEECOACH® Shipping, Returns & Warranty


Shipping Information

CEECOACH® is certified for sales in both the U.S. and Canada.  Your CEECOACH® package will be shipped UPS Ground to a physical address (please call if you have a P.O. address).

Prices for all continental U.S. orders are listed below:

  • $4.00 for accessories up to 0.2 lbs
  • $6.00 for accessories between 0.21 lbs & 0.5 lbs
  • $15.00 for a Single Device, Duo Kit, or accessories over 0.5 lbs
  • $16.50 for the Isabell Werth Limited Edition Kit
  • $18.00 for a Quad Pak
  • $19.50 for a Six Pak
  • $21.00 for the XTREME Kit

Fees for shipping to HAWAII and ALASKA will be higher.  Please contact us by phone for specifics.  We will contact you once an order is placed for additional shipping fees incurred.

Canadian customers are responsible for paying appropriate duties and taxes on their orders.  Shipping and handling prices for all Canada orders are listed below:

  • $4.00 for accessories up to 0.2 lbs
  • $11.00 for accessories between 0.21 lbs & 0.5 lbs
  • $35.00 for a Single Device or Duo Kit
  • $37.00 for the Isabell Werth Limited Edition Kit
  • $39.00 for a Quad Pak
  • $41.00 for a Six Pak
  • $43.00 for the XTREME Kit

 

Express Shipping is available upon request.  For a quote, please contact us by phone during normal business hours Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. 

Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.  Orders placed during corporate holidays will also be processed on the next business day.  These dates include:

  • New Year's Day
  • Good Friday
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Day After Thanksgiving
  • * Christmas Eve
  • * Christmas Day

* Orders placed after December 19, 2017 may experience additional shipping and process delays.

Returns Policy

  • Timeframe to send merchandise back for a refund is 15 days after purchase.
  • Proof of purchase including dated receipt.
  • Contact Peiker at 972-929-8811 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping returned unit back.
  • A 10% restocking fee will be applied.
  • Customer is required to pay for returned shipment to peiker.
  • Customer will not be credited a refund until unit is received and analyzed for any damages.
  • The unit must be sent back in its original packaging box.
  • All returned units will be reviewed for damage and determine whether the damage was caused by customer abuse.  If the damage was caused by the customer the return will not be accepted.

Warranty Policy

  • 1 year from date of original purchase, unit can be returned for repair or will be replaced with a refurbished unit.
  • Please make sure you are familiar with the Tips and Tricks on the CEECOACH® homepage at http://www.ceecoach.com/index.php?lang=en and that all pairing procedures have been followed to determine if the return is valid.
  • Contact peiker acustic, Inc. at 972-929-8811 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping returned unit back for repair. 
  • Customer is required to send back only the defective units for analysis, repair or replacement. 
  • Peiker will create the UPS label and scan to customer via email so peiker will have control of the return and be able to track the returned units.
  • Original proof of purchase must be returned with defective part.
  • Replacements will be determined on an individual basis.
  • After the original Warranty period of 1 year, please contact peiker for a repair quote.
